  • Our gym in Central features strength and conditioning equipment, functional training areas, boxing equipment, and dedicated spaces for personal training sessions and small group classes.

    We also have showering facilities and changing room.

  • Apart from 1 on 1 personal training sessions, we offer group classes to be booked directly with our certified coaches and personal trainers. 

  • We offer private boxing coaching and boxing-focused personal training at our Central Hong Kong studio. Sessions are available for all levels.

     

    From complete beginners to those training for competition, our boxing trainer will work on technique, footwork, combinations, and conditioning.

  • All of our coaches and personal trainers are experienced in preparing you for CrossFit and Hyrox races. 

     

    Guardian Fitness offers functional training, strength and endurance and conditioning classes that incorporate many CrossFit, principles and Hyrox movements including varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

    If you're training for a Hyrox race in Hong Kong or preparing for a CrossFit competition, our coaches build periodised programs specifically for race-day performance.
