Gym Facilities & Services

  • Our gym in Central features strength and conditioning equipment, functional training areas, boxing equipment, and dedicated spaces for personal training sessions and small group classes.

    We also have showering facilities and changing room.

  • Apart from 1 on 1 personal training sessions, we offer group classes to be booked directly with our certified coaches and personal trainers. 

  • We offer boxing focused personal training session to clients looking to level up their technique and conditioning in the ring.

  • All of our coaches and personal trainers are experienced in preparing you for CrossFit and Hyrox races. Guardian Fitness offers functional training, strength and endurance and conditioning classes that incorporate many CrossFit, principles and Hyrox movements including varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
     

  • If we are looking for a sport training gym, we offer sport specific training for those who are looking to level up their game in swimming, tennis, rugby and golf. Training available to both teens and adults.
