Our small group classes have a maximum of 4 participants, ensuring personalized attention and proper form correction from our fitness coaches to each student.Our coaches are experienced in preparing you for CrossFit and Hyrox races. Guardian Fitness offers functional training, strength and endurance and conditioning classes that incorporate many CrossFit, principles and Hyrox movements including varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
