Gym Facilities & Classes

  • Our gym in Central features strength and conditioning equipment, functional training areas, boxing equipment, and dedicated spaces for personal training sessions and small group classes.

    We also have showering facilities and changing room.

  • At Guardian Fitness Hong Kong, we believe in quality over quantity.

    Our small group classes have a maximum of 6 participants, ensuring personalized attention and proper form correction from our fitness coaches.

  • While we're not specifically a CrossFit, Hyrox gym, Guardian Fitness in Central Hong Kong offers functional training and HIIT classes that incorporate many CrossFit, principles and Hyrox movements including varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

  • At Guardian Fitness, our trainers function as both gym PTs and fitness coaches. While a gym PT (personal trainer) typically focuses on one-on-one training sessions, a fitness coach may also lead small group classes and provide broader lifestyle guidance.
